2. The Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library is a free resource for the community. Basic services are tax supported, but gifts from donors enrich its services, collections, resources, and facilities. All gifts to the Bismarck Library Foundation, Inc. are tax deductible as allowable by law. Consider beginning your legacy of library support today!
