BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 8:30 am on Thursday, August 19, 2021, the north approach of 16th Street at Boulevard, and the east approach of Boulevard Avenue at 16th Street will be closed to traffic for the Forestry Department to remove trees in the northeast quadrant of the intersection. Work should be completed by 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 19, 2021.
