Riverwood Drive will be open for local residential traffic to enter and exit the Southport and Harbor Drive areas from 2:00 – 5:00 pm today. Vehicles pulling trailers will be allowed on Riverwood Drive into the Southport and Harbor Drive areas during this time period. Residents are reminded that the south Fox Island route into this area is also open until 9:00 pm. However, the south route is only open to cars and light pickup trucks and no trailers are allowed into or out of Fox Island. Due to truck traffic and congestion on Riverwood Drive, all residents are advised to use the south access for passenger vehicles and light trucks not towing trailers. Drivers need to be very cautious due to narrow and rough roadways.
