[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Expressway to Remain Closed

Bismarck Expressway will NOT be opened to regular traffic at 6 AM, June 3, 2011 as earlier released. Bismarck Expressway will remain closed until further notice due to continued construction on the Riverwood Drive project.
