starting at 9am on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 the traffic signal at the intersection of Bismarck Expressway & Rosser Ave will be out of service for repairs. The traffic signal will be out of service for approximately two hours.
Law enforcement will be directing traffic while the traffic signal is out of service.
