Starting 10:30 AM, Monday, August 29, 2022, the traffic signal at the intersection of State Street and 43rd Avenue will be taken out of service temporarily to remove a damaged traffic signal pole and install a temporary traffic signal. The traffic signal should be back in service by mid- afternoon.
Southbound traffic speeds will be reduced to 25 MPH.
No detour will be in place.
While the traffic signal is out of service, traffic can expect very higher congestion with long delays. Drivers are strongly urged to seek alternate routes.
