Sandbag Central is now open at the Missouri Valley Complex (Fairgrounds), Bismarck Expressway. Operating hours are from sunrise to sunset.
There is an immediate need for volunteers to help fill sandbags at the Sandbag Central location. Bring gloves. If you have a shovel please bring one. Be prepared to get dirty.
