BISMARCK, N.D. – Starting at 7:00 am on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, Colt Avenue from Washington Street to Huron Drive will be closed to through traffic to install new water main. Access to local residents will be maintained. Work should be completed by the end of the day Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
The Colt Avenue westbound detour route will be south on Washington St. to Buckskin Avenue then west to Overlook Drive then north returning to Colt Avenue.
The Colt Avenue eastbound detour route will be south on Overlook Dr. to Buckskin Avenue then east to Washington St. then north returning to Colt Avenue.
