Due to high runoff, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is continuing increased releases of water from Garrison Dam. To ensure public safety the following Boat Ramp and Road Closures are in place.
Boat Ramp ClosuresFox Island Boat Ramp, river access and parking is closed to the public effective Friday, May 20, until further notice to ensure public safety.
Bismarck Parks and Recreation has closed the Grant Marsh Boat Ramp. The parking lot remains open for public use. Access to the Lewis and Clark Riverboat is open.
Road Closure - Mills Ave. will be closed at Whisper Drive to through traffic. Access for local residents will be maintained. This closure will be in place until further notice.
