BISMARCK, ND – Starting at immediately, May 5, 2021, 3rd Street from Rosser Avenue to Broadway Avenue will be closed to traffic as part of a watermain replacement project.
Access to the parking lot on 3rd Street south of Rosser Avenue will be from Rosser Avenue.
Thayer Avenue will be open to ease/west traffic movements.
No Detour routes will be provided.
Pedestrian access to local businesses and residence will be maintained.
The closure will be in place until the end of the day Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
