Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, approved a resolution to vacate the west 35 feet and the east 35 feet of the Ottawa Street right-of-way adjoining Lots 2-12, Block 26 and Lot 4, Block 27, Sonnet Heights Subdivision; Lots 2-3, Block 3, Sonnet Heights 1st Replat and Lots 1-13, Block 1, Wutzke’s Subdivision.
This resolution is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
