[ARCHIVED] Bismarck City Commission to hold public hearings

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

    Request of 161 Commercial, LLC for the annexation of Lot 1, Block 1, First Responders Second Addition.  The property is located east of Bismarck, east of East Bismarck Expressway and south of East Main Avenue/County Highway 10 in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Midwest Drive and 52nd Street SE (part of the Lots 7A and 7B of Auditor’s Lot 7 and part of the W1/2 of the 52nd Street SE right-of-way in the SE1/4 of Section 1, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).

    Request of FRF Investments, LLP for the annexation of Lot 28, Block 1, Lots 13-21, Block 3, Lots 9-16, Block 5, Lots 1-16, Block 6, Lots 1-8, Block 7, Lot 29, Block 9, Lot 16, Block 10, Lots 1 and 16, Block 11, the rights-of-way adjacent to the above referenced lots for Holmes Drive, Fettig Drive, Koenig Drive, Orgaard Drive and Goodiron Drive, as well as the Fettig Drive right-of-way adjacent to Lot 9, Block 7, the Hermanson Drive right-of-way adjacent to Lots 47-51, Block 1 and Lots 9-13, Block 7 and the Smette Bend right-of-way adjacent to Lots 18-47, Block 1, Lots 2-8, Block 4 and Lots 10-21, Block 8, Clear Sky Addition.  The property is located east of Bismarck, between East Main Avenue/County Highway 10 and Apple Creek Road, along the east side of 52nd Street SE.

At these hearings, the Bismarck City Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested parties to be heard with respect to these items. Due to ongoing public health concerns related to COVID-19, the City of Bismarck is encouraging citizens to provide their comments for these hearings via email to e-mail..  The comments will be sent to the City Commissioners and included with the minutes of the meeting. Please submit your written comments by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting and reference the specific item your comment addresses, including the agenda item.  

Citizens may also appear via video or audio link for a 3-5-minute comment on any of these public hearing items by providing an e-mail address and contact information via email to e-mail at least one business day before the meeting.
