BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, the intersection of 16th Street and Porter Avenue will be closed to through traffic for approximately 3-hours to remove a tree. This intersection should be reopened to traffic by Noon.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
