Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health completed 222 COVID-19 tests over a 90-minute period today as the start of a series of COVID-19 testing events.
“We were thrilled to see such as great response to our testing event today,” said Public Health Director, Renae Moch. “In order to efficiently respond to the demand for testing, we plan to make some changes to our processes to keep everyone moving through the lines quickly.”
Testing event hours of operation will remain from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for the testing events on Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 24. Testing will be conducted as drive-through mass testing events. Individuals to be tested are asked to enter the BBPH parking lot from Front Avenue. After being tested, individuals must exit the parking lot to the west via Fifth Street. For those unable to utilize a vehicle for drive-through testing, a walk-up testing option will also be available near the east building entrance. Online registration is not necessary for this event. Paper forms will be completed with individuals presenting for testing onsite.
Individuals coming to BBPH for services unrelated to the testing events should access the facility from Fifth Street and are asked to park near the north entrance in client parking spaces.
