[ARCHIVED] City of Bismarck seeks public comments on Consolidated Plan and Action Plan



The City of Bismarck is inviting you to comment on the housing and community development needs of lower income person. The City is developing a Consolidated Plan which will identify needs and set priorities for the use of HUD grant funds in Bismarck for the next five years. These funds are your federal tax dollars being returned to the City to fund worthwhile projects. Your comments are needed to help identify local needs and to suggest ways to use the HUD funds.

The City of Bismarck may receive an estimated $375,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds from HUD in 2020. Please take a few minutes to tell us what you think Bismarck needs. Activities must benefit low and moderate income person, alleviate slum & blight, or address and urgent condition which threatens life or health. Just write your suggestions on the lines below and return by mail, fax, in person, or via email.  You may also visit our HUD-Grant-Programs site and click the “comment” link.
