Starting at 8:00 AM, Thursday, December 5, 2019, First Street will be closed to traffic between Front Avenue and Sweet Avenue for installation of private utilities.
No detour will be in place.
The closures will be in place until late Monday, December 9, 2019.
Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
