Starting at 8:00 AM, Tuesday, September 3, 2019, 3rd Street will be closed to southbound traffic between E Avenue D and E Avenue C for sanitary sewer connection in 3rd Street.
East Avenue D will be closed to traffic from 3rd Street to 2nd Street for a water connection in E Avenue D.
A detour will be in place.
The closures will be in place until late Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
