Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, 4th Street will be closed to traffic from Avenue C to Avenue D for a water main replacement.
No detour will be in place.
The closure will be in place until the end of the day Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic.
