Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Board of City Commissioners will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room in the City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following:
Modification of the current Renaissance Zone boundary to remove Block 39, Original Plat and to add the block described as Tract 701 and Tract 815, Original Plat.
At this hearing, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item.
