[ARCHIVED] Suggestions Wanted for City of Bismarck's 2018 CDBG Application

The City of Bismarck is requesting comments about the housing and community development needs of low and moderate income persons. The comments will be used to develop the City’s 2018 Annual Action Plan and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application. The amount of the allocation has not yet been determined, but it is expected to be about $300,000 if the CDBG Program is funded. The City needs suggestions on how to best use this funding.  It must be used for activities that primarily benefit low and moderate income persons, alleviate slum & blight, or address a condition that threatens life and health.
