The N.D. Department of Emergency Services will hold a flood preparedness meeting Feb. 4, 7:00 p.m., Tom Baker Room, City/County Building, 221 N Fifth St., Bismarck. The meeting will focus on helping citizens learn more about the flood outlook, flood insurance, and flood preparedness. Printed information will be available for distribution at the meeting.
