The City of Bismarck will conduct an update of the South Bismarck Storm Water Master Plan Feb. 3, 2011, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Public Works Building, 601 South 26th St., Bismarck, and is seeking public input and comments.
The study will look at existing conditions and future needs and will explore solutions to minimize or control the effects of increased storm water runoff in South Bismarck. The public meeting will be an open house format with stations where residents can talk to City staff about their experiences with flooding. A brief power point presentation will provide residents with background on the study and its objectives. Participants are encouraged to share comments and concerns; and provide accounts of storm water runoff issues in their neighborhoods.
