The City of Bismarck Environmental Health Division has issued a special permit for relief from city noise level designations for live music in connection with “Party at the Bowl” which will be held on July 2nd, 2017 from 5:00 pm – 12:00 am. The event will be held at the MDU Community Bowl.
The public is being advised that the permit has been issued and the live music is allowed during this time frame.
The promoter of this event has been advised that the Environmental Health Division and/or the Bismarck Police Department reserve the right to revoke this permit at any time or revise the requirements to minimize the adverse effects upon the city or the surrounding neighborhood.
