HELP!
The City of Bismarck will receive an estimated $350,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds from HUD in 2011. These monies are your federal tax dollars being returned to Bismarck to fund worthwhile housing & community development projects that must benefit low and moderate income persons. The City needs suggestions on how to best use this money. Please take a few minutes to send your ideas to the City:
