Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of Bismarck Public School District for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the P-Public zoning district for Lots 1-6, Block 5, Rolling Hills 1st Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, north of East Boulevard Avenue and east of North 19th Street, directly adjacent to the existing site of Simle Middle School.
A description of this request is on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
