The City of Bismarck is requesting comments about the housing and community development needs of low and moderate income persons. The comments will be used to develop the City’s 2016 Annual Action Plan and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application for an estimated $287,000 in funding. The City needs suggestions on how to best use this funding. It must be used for activities that primarily benefit low and moderate income persons, alleviate slum & blight, or address a condition that threatens life and health.

Please send requests for information, alternative formats, or special accommodation to the same office. Local nonprofits or agencies may contact the above office if they wish to submit a proposal for CDBG funds. Notice will be given when the draft plan is available for comment.
