Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2015, Washington Street will be closed to traffic from 43rd Avenue to Calgary Avenue to connect to a water main and a sanitary sewer line in Washington Street. A detour will be in place.
The closure will be in place until the end of the week, weather permitting.
Access to residences will be maintained.
Southbound traffic will be detoured east on 43rd Avenue to Normandy Street, south on Normandy Street to Calgary Avenue, and west on Calgary Avenue back to Washington Street.
Northbound traffic will be detoured east on Calgary Avenue to Normandy Street, north on Normandy Street to 43rd Avenue, and west on 43rd Avenue back to Washington Street.
Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
