The Bismarck City Commission is moving forward with a plan for a demonstration project to temporarily convert Main Avenue from its current 4-lane section to a 3-lane section.
The implementation plan for the demonstration project is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2016 and receive public comments throughout the summer.
