Area 1: Bismarck Expressway to South City Limits and East City Limits to West City Limits.
Area 2: Interstate 94 to Divide Avenue and East City Limits to West City Limits.
Area 3: Divide Avenue to Boulevard Avenue and Highland Acres Area
Area 4: Main Avenue to Bismarck Expressway and East City Limits to West City Limits.
Area 5: Boulevard Avenue to Main Avenue and East City Limits to West City Limits.
Area 6: Century Avenue to Interstate 94 and State Street to West City Limits.
Area 7: North City Limits to Century Avenue and East City Limits to State Street.
Area 8: North City Limits to Century Avenue and State Street to West City Limits.
