Starting at 8:00 am, Monday, September 8, 2014, 5th Street will be closed to through traffic between Front Avenue and Bowen Avenue. The closure will last through the end of the week. The closure is due to street repair to the Civic Center.
Access to Dakota Eye Institute will be provided.
A detour will be in place.
Southbound traffic on 5th Street will be rerouted west on Front Avenue to 3rd Street, then south on 3rd Street to Sweet Avenue and east on Bowen Avenue back to 5th Street.
Northbound traffic on 5th Street will be rerouted west on Sweet Avenue to 3rd Street, then north on 3rd Street to Front Avenue, then east on Front Avenue back to 5th Street.
