At 4:25 AM on Saturday, June 24, 2014, the Bismarck Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 1802 Raven Dr.
The first arriving officer gave an initial report of a single story residential structure that was fully involved. The property was identified as a vacant structure that was scheduled for demolition. No other property was threatened by the fire. The fire was brought under control and extinguished. Crews remained on scene until shortly after 9:00 AM to make sure the fire would not rekindle.
The building is a total loss. There were no injuries reported at the incident. Property values are not available at this time.
The cause of the fire is considered suspicious and is being investigated by the Bismarck Fire Department and Bismarck Police Department.
