Police are investigating the death of a Caucasian male that was found yesterday near the construction site at Washington Street and Aspen Lane. At this time it appears the death did not occur in Bismarck. The investigation has led us to another jurisdiction that we are working with. Identification is pending notification of next of kin.
An autopsy has been performed and we are awaiting results. The case is under investigation.
