Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Richard and Brandy Geloff for the annexation of Geloff Estates Addition. The property is located along the south side of Colt Avenue west of North Washington Street.
• Request of Jerry Brekke for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district for the South 59 feet of the East 151 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Boutrous 2nd Addition. The property is located in north Bismarck, north of East Interstate Avenue between State Street and North 19th Street.
