[ARCHIVED] Board of City Commissioners Public Hearing Notice 10-23-12

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Dale Pahlke and Harley Swenson for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential, R10-Residential and RM30-Residential zoning districts to the R10-Residential and Conditional CG-Commercial zoning districts on Lot 5, Block 1 and Lots 8-15, Block 7, Centennial Park 4th Addition. The property is located along both sides of Trenton Drive east of Centennial Road between I-94 and East Century Avenue.

• Request of Harley Swenson for approval of the annexation of Lots 9-15, Block 7, Centennial Park 4th Addition, containing 2.00, more or less. The property is located along the north side of Trenton Drive east of Centennial Road between I-94 and East Century Avenue.

• Request of Felton Developing, Inc. and the Bismarck Parks & Recreation District for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the RR-Residential and P-Public zoning districts on Harvest Ridge Subdivision. The property is located along the east side of an extension of North Washington Street, north of 90th Avenue and approximately 1/2 mile west of US Highway 83 (part of the NW1/4 of Section 33, T140N-R80W/Burnt Creek Township).

• Request of Kenneth Reno and Felton Developing, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 2-8, Block 16, Lots 19-22 & Lots 24-26, Block 17, Sonnet Heights Subdivision and Lots 1-7, Block 3 and Lot 1, Block 4, Hudson Street Addition. The property is located along both sides of Bremner Avenue west of Coleman Street and along Hudson Street south of Weyburn Drive, approximately 1/4 mile west of US Highway 83.

• Request of Boulder Ridge Development, Bismarck Public Schools and Diocese of Bismarck for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the R5-Residential and P-Public zoning districts on Boulder Ridge Fifth Addition. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, between 43rd Avenue NW and 57th Avenue NE, east of North Washington Street and approximately 1/2 mile west of US Highway 83 (part of the NW1/4 and the SW1/4 of Section 16, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Boulder Ridge Development, Bismarck Public Schools and Diocese of Bismarck for approval of the annexation of Boulder Ridge 5th Addition, containing 58.54, more or less. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, between 43rd Avenue NW and 57th Avenue NE, east of North Washington Street and approximately 1/2 mile west of US Highway 83.


• Request of Jimi Lou & Gary Woodard for approval of the annexation of Lot B of the NE1/4 of Section 23, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township, containing 10.00 acres, more or less. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, on the west side of Centennial Road between East Century Avenue and 43rd Avenue NE.
