The Bismarck Police Department is conducting its Triennial Citizen Survey of Bismarck residents. This year, for the first time, you will be able to complete the survey online. To take the survey online, go to To take the survey online, go to www.bismarck.org
According to policy the Bismarck Police Department must survey one percent of Bismarck’s population. For that reason, the survey is only open to Bismarck City Residents currently living within Bismarck City Limits. You must be 18 years old or older to take the survey.The survey is conducted to determine citizen attitudes toward and opinions of the department, identify safety and security concerns, and to give residents the opportunity to offer suggestions for improvement. The input received from this survey will be used when amending or adopting police community relations policies and procedures, for performance improvement and strategic planning. There are sixteen questions on the survey. There are several open ended questions asking for your opinions on several topics.You will not be asked your name, or your exact address, but the survey will ask for the hundred block and the street you live on.
