The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Bismarck-Mandan 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The hearing will provide an opportunity for public involvement in the review of proposed amendments to the TIP. The TIP includes federally funded metropolitan area transportation projects over a four-year time frame.
The proposed amendments will be adopted by the MPO Policy Board, contingent upon no substantive change required due to public comment. The public is invited to attend the hearing or submit comments to Stephen Larson no later than 9am, February 18, 2026, to P.O. Box 5503 Bismarck, ND, 58506. Comments may also be e-mailed.
