We’re happy to share the latest updates regarding the ongoing reconstruction of East Century Avenue, great things are taking shape!
Temporary Roadway:
The temporary gravel roadway is expected to remain in place until approximately mid-August. We remind all travelers, both drivers and pedestrians, to continue following all
traffic control signage and remain alert while navigating the work zone.
East Century Ave:
Concrete curb and gutter installation, along with paving operations, are now underway on East Century Avenue. The southern two lanes have been paved from the western tie-in point up to Patriot Drive. To maintain traffic flow, Patriot Drive remains open, with paving resuming just east of the intersection and continuing past Stonewall Drive. While progress continues across the entire project area, current efforts are concentrated on paving up to and through the Roosevelt Drive intersection. Once this section is complete, paving will proceed eastward beyond Roosevelt Drive.
