Starting Monday, June 3, 2024 at the intersection of Tyler Parkway and Century Avenue, work will occur to install a traffic signal system. Work is expected to occur intermittently in stages over the next two months. During this time, lanes will be reduced and the intersection will be controlled with stop signs for all directions.
When needed for work activities, the northbound to eastbound right turn lane will be closed. When this occurs, drivers coming from the south, who intend to go east on Century Avenue, will be detoured east along Burnt Boat Drive and then north to the intersection of Century Avenue and Clydesdale Drive.
