City of Bismarck garbage and recycling collection is cancelled for Thursday, November 10th due to the winter storm. Road conditions make it difficult to drive and unsafe for our employees to be on the street. Garbage will not be collected until the next regular scheduled pickup. The landfill and the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronic Recycling Center is also closed on Thursday, November 10th.
