Sandbag Central is now open at the Northern Plains Commerce Center. People coming to Sandbag Central located at the Missouri Valley Complex with trailers looking for sandbags, should go to the new Sandbag Central South, located at the Northern Plains Commerce Center (1901 Northern Plains Dr.). They will get through much faster there. There is a three hour wait at the fairgrounds site.
