BISMARCK, N.D. – Starting Monday, November 8, 2021, 11th Street from Owens Avenue to East Capital Avenue will be closed to traffic for a new water main connection.
No detour routes will be provided.
Access to local business will be maintained.
The closure will be in place for two days.
Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
