BISMARCK – Starting at 8:30am Monday, September 23, 2021, Bowen Avenue from 4th Street to 3rd Street will have traffic lanes reduced, and shifted to the south side of the roadway, for a contractor to do underground water service removals. 

The lane reduction will be in place until the end of the day Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
