BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, Main Avenue east of Bismarck Expressway through the Buckstop Junction access will be reduced to one lane for eastbound traffic. The outside eastbound lane will be closed to traffic for Utility work. The utility work should be completed by late Wednesday afternoon.
No Detour Route will be in place.
