BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020,Avenue C between 17th Street and 18th Street will be closed to through traffic for approximately 3-hours to remove a tree. This intersection should be reopened to traffic by Noon.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
