Starting at 8:30 AM, Friday, June 19, 2020, Rosser Avenue between Washington Street and Mandan Street will be closed to through traffic for removal of a tree.
No Detour route will be provided.
Rosser Avenue will be reopened to traffic before noon on Friday.
Traffic can anticipate congestion and are asked to seek alternate routes.
