Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-9, Block 1; Lot 1, Block 2; Lots 1-2, Block 3; Lots 1-2, Block 4; Lots 1-12, Block 5; Lots 1-3, Block 6; Lots 1-23, Block 27; Lots 1-21, Block 8 and from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RM15-Residential zoning district on Lot 24, Block 8 and from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the P-Public zoning district on Lot 10, Block 1 and Lot 25, Block 7, Sattler’s Sunrise Sixth Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
