[ARCHIVED] Burgum Directs Flags Flown at Half-Staff Tuesday In Honor of Fallen Grand Forks Police Officer Cody

Gov. Burgum has directed all government agencies across the state to fly the US & ND flags at half-staff, and encourages all to do the same, from sunrise to sunset June 2, in honor of Grand Forks Police Officer Cody Holte, who died in the line of duty.
