[ARCHIVED] Bismarck awarded Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan

The ND Dept. of Environmental Quality announced that its Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program awarded loans to four communities in April. Bismarck received a $5,000,000 loan to improve hydrogen sulfide control, wastewater disinfection and dewatering.
