At 3:00 p.m. today Bismarck Police spoke with the BNSF Railway derailment crew. They expect the intersection at 19th Street/Airport Road will be open by 4:30 p.m. today. The barricades will be removed and it is expected that traffic flow will be back to normal around 4:30 p.m. today. The railroad crew will continue working near the east side of the intersection which is not expected to disrupt traffic.
