Bismarck Public Works Utility Operations recently sent letters to residential and irrigation accounts to prepare for the upcoming lawn watering season. Accounts with water usage over 19 units received a letter about a rate change. Each letter uses the account’s actual August 2018 water use and provides a comparison to the current rates.
